We were lacking a sense of community and authenticity in our experience, which is a tone that is typically set by the host. While she seemed to know her work, the experience at times felt like a one-sided class, and it took away from the advertised expectations of collaborating in a warm setting.
However, I will say that we still enjoyed the sangria and paella that was made, and would recommend the experience. I expect that the experience would be great if the host is Eladi.
