The host had a host of knowledge about the history of paella and kept us fully engaged throughout the class. They were also super accommodating. My sister was unable to drink alcohol and they made her a special grape juice sangria so she wouldn’t miss out on the fun! The paella was delicious, the sangria was incredible and the atmosphere was fun!
